
Our Team
Unit Management Team
Led by the Director of External Funding and made up of the managers from all teams. The Unit Management Team drive forward the Funding Unit, make and oversee key decisions, ensure targets are met and actively seek out new opportunities for funding and growth.
Account Management Team
Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contracting partners across a portfolio of projects ensuring all sub contracts are managed effectively to ensure the maximum performance by all partners. If you become part of our network of training providers, your Account Manager will be your main contact and will support you in fulfilling your contract.
Operations Team
Responsible for claims processing and data monitoring including the accurate and timely processing of partner / employer claims, the effective maintenance of project evidence and the accurate completion of monthly checks of data to verify claims to maximise funding.
Systems Team
Ensures all aspects of the unit function effectively with regards to sub contract management, learner tracking, quality assurance and learner data handling through demonstrable use of all the unit software systems.
Quality Assurance Team
Ensures all aspects of externally funded provision is delivered to a standard that is graded as GOOD by Ofsted as a minimum.
This team also ensures partners and unit staff meets the expected standards of delivery across a portfolio of projects within Due Diligence’ Partner Quality Assurance Monitoring and Internal Quality Assurance to minimise any risk to the College as well as the observations of Teaching Learning & Assessment at partner sites.
Partnerships Marketing & Communications Team
Ensures effective intelligence is gathered from key stakeholders across the North of England to inform current & future project development & delivery as well as supporting evaluation of current programmes. Ensuring continued development of effective and sustainable working relationships with funders, partners and networks.
Supports project promotion and marketing through the development and implementation of marketing plans with a key focus on promoting projects across regions within the North of England to stakeholders, partners, and employers and internally within the College itself.
