ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is a comprehensive course designed to give practicing or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.

The course takes place weekly -3 hours per week, over 18 weeks – September 2020

- Understanding the communication process in the workplace
- Understanding the organisation and its context
- Understanding stress management in the workplace
- Leading and motivating a team effectively
- Delegating authority in the workplace
- Developing yourself as an effective team member
