The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is a comprehensive course designed to give practicing or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process

Participants must be contracted to work from an eligible company address or live with the LCR. Participants must also be:

18 years or older
Employed/self-employed
Have the right to work in the UK
Not be undertaking an apprenticeship
