Calderdale College has been recognised as having the Best In-house Marketing Team across the North of England.

The College’s Marketing Team received this top-tier accolade at the 2023 Prolific North Marketing Awards which took place at Manchester United Football Club on 12 October, competing against six other shortlisted teams from across the region.

The industry awards celebrate excellence, creativity and innovation in the North. The College was praised for its resilience, and the judges commented on its successful campaign which aimed to motivate local residents to re-enter education. 

Head of Marketing at Calderdale College, Emma Lister, said: “Winning an award of this nature is a huge achievement – it is a category every marketing team aspires to win.

“The fantastic work that goes on in colleges every day often goes unrecognised and we want to lead the way by inspiring other marketing teams to become more outward facing and to celebrate their successes. We work incredibly hard as a team to continue to develop ourselves and deliver marketing excellence, so this award is testament to the brilliant work we have been doing.”
