Calderdale College encourages employers to join its Engineering and Manufacturing Apprenticeship Job Fair

Calderdale College is holding an Apprenticeship Job Fair at The Engineering Centre (TEC) on Thursday 14th July between 3pm – 6.30pm and is looking for local businesses to join the event.

If you’re an employer within the engineering or manufacturing sectors with apprenticeship vacancies to fill, or you’re looking for guidance on how to introduce or improve apprenticeship provision, this event is a fantastic opportunity for you to talk to our expert team about how they can support you.

Employers are being invited to either take a stand so that they can speak to potential apprentices about their vacancies, come along on the day to network or visit its employer engagement stand to find out how Calderdale College can help them to either introduce apprenticeships, or improve the apprenticeships that they already offer.

Calderdale College’s employer engagement team will be on hand to talk to employers about the support they can offer through its Collaborative Apprenticeships project, which includes a wide range of free training courses, services and tailored support, covering everything from Mental Health Awareness to using the government’s Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).

To find out how you can take a stand, or for more information on the Collaborative Apprenticeships project, please email apprenticeships@calderdale.ac.uk.

Collaborative Apprenticeships is managed by the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC) and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
