Calderdale College - The Only College in Yorkshire to Host TEAM NINETEEN

The TEAM NINETEEN Roadshow is currently touring the country and stopping off at a select number of Colleges to promote the launch of TEAM NINETEEN Version 2. The Roadshow will make its fourth stop next week as the English Colleges FA continues to support colleges to ‘Show The Movement’ of TEAM NINETEEN. On Wednesday 4th December, Calderdale College will be delivering TEAM NINETEEN for the first time, off the back of the TEAM SIXTEEN Roadshow event.

Boxing Champion visits Calderdale College

22nd November 2013 Boxing Champion visits Calderdale College

Early this month, current Super-Bantamweight WBO Intercontinental, British & Commonwealth Champion Paul Butler, known as the ‘Baby Faced Assassin’ and legendary trainer Anthony Farnell took time out of their rigorous training schedule to visit the College.

Network Rail visited the College to talk to Computing students about career opportunities for women within their company. The session included a presentation, activities and a discussion on what working in IT really means, how to get into it, and the career opportunities available to our female students.
