Last week Calderdale College held a presentation evening for their Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (LDD) learners to celebrate their successes over the last year. Christine Thorpe and Liz Schofield from the Halifax & Calder Valley MS Society presented LDD learners with certificates to recognise their achievements and completion of their courses.

11th October 2012 Reap What You Sow

50 students and volunteers came together to plant 3,000 different species of daffodil bulbs in memory of loved ones in time for spring. Students from the Calderdale College Horticulture department assisted Marie Curie foundation in planting their annual field of hope at Manor Heath Park, Halifax.
