Training Officer Network Solutions & /or Software Project/Product Design
Salary: Points 022-030 FTE Please note there is an opportunity to enhance this rate through the achievement of agreed performance related targets.
Calderdale College is looking to recruit exceptional, appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work in the Employer Responsive area as a Training Officer to deliver Apprenticeships in Network Solutions &/or Product/Project Development and achieve high standards in performance including challenging timely and overall Achievement Rates. As a Training Officer you will be involved in all aspects of the Apprenticeship including ensuring quality assurance across all aspects of the learner journey and high standards in Teaching Learning and assessment practice. All Training Officers are expected to contribute to the growth and development of the provision therefore the ability to engage with employers is essential. The individual appointed will be high performing and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver and achieve these challenging expectations and targets.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver Apprenticeships in Insurance with the responsibility to ensure the growth and sustainability of the Apprenticeship provision in response to demand and to ensure timely achievement of all learners is essential.
The role requires an exceptional, well qualified and experienced individual who can demonstrate outstanding success in previous roles. This individual will also be able to demonstrate and provide an exemplary role model to their learners. The role requires an individual who is solutions orientated and innovative but who has the drive and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role. The ability to develop and deliver Higher Apprenticeships is essential.
