Calderdale College is looking to recruit an exceptional, appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work in the department of Higher Education, Access and Professional Studies and who will contribute to the delivery of the programme across Access to HE Health and Social Care. The person appointed will be a high performing and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver and achieve challenging targets.

The main purpose of the role is to work as part of the Access team to develop and deliver across Access to Health and Social Care and to ensure timely and effective quality assurance of the provision in accordance with Awarding Body Standards.

The role requires an exceptional, academically and professionally qualified and experienced individual who can demonstrate outstanding success in previous roles. The person will also be able to demonstrate and role model consistent high performance and have the ability to influence and motivate their students and fellow team members. This role requires someone who is solutions orientated and innovative but who has the drive and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role.
