We are looking to appoint a committed and experienced individual who is able to demonstrate the skills, competency and motivation to be effective in this post. Knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management systems and processes in a similar context for example taking bookings or payments and previous experience of working within a leisure/commercial environment or in an educational establishment is essential to the success of the post.
The successful candidate will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a rota.
The main purpose of the role will be to undertake administrative duties to ensure high levels of customer relations and service. The role will also provide assistance and technical support within the Inspire Centre at Calderdale College, and will contribute to the implementation of the commercial usage plan.
The role requires an enthusiastic and committed individual who can demonstrate experience and success in a similar role. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good time management skills to effectively support day to day activities and manage customer expectations.
