Here at Calderdale College, we offer a wide range of advice and guidance for students. 

Our dedicated team can support with student finance, careers advice and counselling.

Student finance

Aged 19 or over? Financial help is available for adult learners to support you throughout your course, helping to fund equipment, travel and childcare costs.

Learner Support Fund  – to help learners experiencing financial difficulties.

Advanced Learner Loans – for students studying a Level 3 or above.

Student Loans â€“ to help cover the costs associated with Higher Education

Care to Learn scheme – to support with childcare costs during your course

Located in the Inspire Centre, our Inspire Café sells Starbucks beverages plus a range of sandwiches and snacks. It is open to students, staff and visitors to the Inspire Centre.

Where to find us
The Inspire Café can be found in the Inspire Centre, at our campus on Francis Street, Halifax.

Food and drink available
Within the café you can find a range of sandwiches, paninis, cold drinks and Starbucks beverages, plus a range of other snacks.

Loyalty card
We offer an Inspire Café loyalty card, for every Starbucks drink you purchase you will be given a stamp and once you have collected 8 stamps you will get a free drink on us!
